Elevating women leaders in a purpose-driven business
Challenge
SEEK is a purpose-driven business with a big ambition: helping people live fulfilling working lives. It brings that same ambition to its own people.
SEEK wanted to increase the representation of women in senior leadership, by investing in talented women ready to step into bigger roles and greater influence. Not by teaching a single model of leadership, but by helping them find their own way to lead, communicate and be seen.
The bar was high: SEEK knew what great learning looked like.
“We put huge effort into engagement, culture activations and really high-quality learning programs. So if we bring in anyone external, they have to be as good as or better than that.”
Kit Vati, Director Talent & Leadership, SEEK
Solution
We designed a 9-month program for 25 women bringing together leadership, strategy and visibility. A strong peer network sat at its heart, alongside internal mentoring and forums that gave direct access to SEEK’s executive, and opportunities to put visibility into practice.
Through practical frameworks, reflection and real-world experiments, the women explored their leadership styles and developed the courage to step forward.
“You have helped people to reframe the way they think about themselves and how they show up, which has also been very empowering. You've given people practical tools that they are employing in their roles and the way they engage with stakeholders.”
Outcome
Women gained greater clarity about how they wanted to lead and put this into action.
The impact spread. Across four cohorts, participants moved into bigger roles, FAST gained profile and strong executive buy-in, and graduates nominated women from their own teams for future cohorts. In 2026, the program expanded into Asia.
For SEEK, the value extended beyond the participants.
“The quality of our program has gone up a notch since you came on board. From our perspective as the internal client, we really value the thought partnering you bring. We are enriched. We learn. That's invaluable for us as the client as much as for the participants.”
